基于3DE平台的船舶产品厂所协同设计混合结构树创建方法

摘要:
对基于3DEXPERlENCE平台的厂所协同设计过程进行分析,结合船舶设计所和船厂的需求,深入研究产品结构树的组织形式,探索基于模型的厂所协同设计结构树创建方法。通过合理组织产品结构树,使产品设计信息和制造工艺信息在上下游之间基于模型准确高效地传递,从而提升三维设计效率。研究发现,采用该方法创建的混合结构树能在设计过程中动态演变,满足厂所协同设计过程中各方的需求,适应各种三维设计场景,能实现设计信息和工艺信息基于模型高效传递,进而提升三维设计效率。

Creation Method for Hybrid Structure Tree in Cooperative Design of Shipyard and Institute Based on 3DE Platform

Abstract:
The cooperative design process of shipyard and institute based on the 3DEXPERlNCE platform is analyzed, combining the needs of ship design institutes and shipyards, and by deeply studying the organizational form of product structure trees, and exploring the model-based methods for creating factory collaborative design structure trees. By organizing the product structure tree reasonably, product design information and manufacturing process information can be accurately and efficiently transmitted between upstream and downstream based on models, thereby improving the efficiency of 3D design. Research has found that the hybrid structure tree created using this method can dynamically evolve during the design process, meet the needs of all parties involved in the collaborative design process, adapt to various 3D design scenarios, and achieve efficient transmission of design and process information based on models, thereby improving 3D design efficiency.
