针对电力推进船舶电弧故障引起的船舶火灾事故逐年增加的现状,讨论引起船舶发生电弧故障的原因,分析交直流、串并联电路电弧故障的时域和频域特性。对比分析现有电弧模型和电弧故障检测技术,根据IEEE1584 和NFPA 70E标准给出船舶电力系统电弧故障危害分析计算方法和电弧危害等级类别。在此基础上,结合实际案例对电弧故障的危害进行评估分析,并提出可靠的电弧保护措施。 |

Abstract: |
With the rapid development of electric propulsion technology, integrated electric propulsion technology has become the mainstream trend in ship design. However, ship fire accidents and losses caused by arc faults have also shown an increasing trend year by year, resulting in a large number of casualties and property losses. In this paper, the causes of arc faults in ships are discussed, and the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of arc faults in AC, DC, and series parallel circuits are analyzed. The existing arc models and arc fault detection technologies are compared and analyzed. Then, the calculation method of Arc fault hazard analysis and the classification of arc hazard level in the marine power system are provided based on IEEE1584 and NFPA 70E standards. Arc fault hazard analysis and assessment are carried out based on a practical project, and finally reliable protection measures are proposed. |
