大管径膨胀弯吊装系统动态响应分析

摘要:
以大西洋海域某项目为背景,利用海工专用有限元软件Orcaflex计算分析吊装某大管径膨胀弯通过飞溅区入水过程中,洋流、波浪和下放速度对各吊索拉力及膨胀弯管道应力、应变和入水砰击力的影响。研究表明:各吊索的受力趋势在入水过程中是一致的,吊索最大拉力均产生在水面上阶段,且吊索拉力波动受波浪的影响较大;下放速度增加会伴随更大的管道砰击力和更剧烈的吊索晃动,且出现最大砰击力的位置会随着下放速度的变化而变化;无论是洋流、波浪还是下放速度,对膨胀弯管道的最大应力和应变幅值的影响都较小,主要影响体现在管道和吊索的动态响应波动上。

Abstract:
A project in the Atlantic Ocean is taken as the subject and the specialized finite element software Orcaflex for marine engineering is used to calculate and analyze the effects of ocean currents, waves and lowering speeds on the tension of each suspension cable and the effects on the stress, strain and impact force of expansion bend pipeline during the process of lowering a large diameter spool piece into the water through the splash zone. The result shows that the force trend of each suspension cable is consistent during the water entry process, the maximum tension of the suspension cable happens in the period above the water surface, and the tension fluctuation of the suspension cable is greatly affected by waves. Increasing of lowering speed will produce greater pipeline slamming force and more severe sling shaking, and the position where the maximum slamming force occurs will change with the change of the lowering speed. The influence of ocean currents, waves, and lowering speeds on the maximum stress and strain amplitude of expansion bend pipelines is relatively small, mainly reflected in the dynamic response fluctuations of pipelines and slings.
