| This paper analyzes in detail the stability difference between the hopper splitter barge and conventional cargo vessels based on the comparison of the dynamic righting lever (GZ) and displacement variations, where the hull form characteristics of the hopper splitter barge is also taken into account. A theoretical calculation method is specifically proposed according to the characteristics of the hopper splitter barge, which provides theoretical basis and technical reference for the safe operation of hopper splitter barges. |
