为使船舶关键节点的应力得到有效的传递和释放,需对关键节点进行监控。结构对正是关键节点监控的主要部分,运用模板和检验线可实现对关键节点的监控。通过对关键节点的对齐标准、监控原理和模板使用过程中的检验环境及监控节点部位等因素进行特别关注,提高监控关键节点的可行性,并得出提高监控精度和效率的方法,为船厂实现关键节点的自我监控和现场检验提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
It is necessary to monitor ship’s critical nodes to ensure the effective transfer and release of stress on these nodes. Structural alignment plays a major role in critical node monitoring, which can be realized by using templates and inspection lines. As special attention is paid to the alignment standard, monitoring principles, as well as the inspection environment and locations of the monitored nodes during template usage, the feasibility of the critical nodes monitoring is improved, and a method with improved monitoring accuracy and efficiency is obtained, which can be referred by shipyards to achieve self-monitoring and on-site inspection. |
